What time does the facility open and close?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes, we provide 1 morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack. Meals are freshly prepared according to the Canada Food Guide.
What should I expect on the facility tour?
At the tour, we will walk you through the entire facility and answer any questions you may have.
Who should attend the facility tour?
Both parents and the child should attend the tour. It is important for your child to attend in order to see how comfortable he/she may be at Shining Wonders.
Are children taken outside for outdoor play?
Yes, children have outdoor playtime regularly. In colder months, children play outside, weather permitting. Appropriate clothing is required during winter (e.g. snow pants, mitts, tuque etc.) in order for your child to be protected from extreme weather.
Do you accept subsidy payments from the Alberta Government?
Yes, Shining Wonders is registered through Alberta Human Services and can receive subsidy payments.
